Optometry is more than my profession. It is my passion.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of helping people experience clearer vision and better eye health. Since opening Roos & Du Toit Optometrists in 2008, my goal has always been to provide every patient with professional eye care, honest advice and the best optical solution for their individual needs.

I believe that no two patients are the same. Every person has different vision requirements, lifestyles and budgets, which is why I take the time to understand each patient’s unique situation before recommending the most suitable solution.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient’s smile when they put on their new spectacles and experience clear vision again. Those moments remind me why I love what I do.

Shani has been the owner of of Roos & Du Toit Optometrists since 2008. Seeing the delight on a patients face when they put on their new specs or fixing their visual problem is her favourite part of the job.

Androniki has been working at the practice since 2014. Helping patients and showing interest in their live’s is one of the best parts of the job for her. Andronikii welcomes you to the practice as if you were family.
